Damon was born October 10, 1974 in Lexington.
He attended Nelson County High School and was currently attending E-town Community College. He was employed as a production supervisor for Konsei in Larue County.
Preceded in death by: His maternal grandmother: Betty Riley.
Survived By: 1 son: Devin Ice of Bardstown; his father: Dr. John R. Sonne, DVM of Paducah; his mother: Linda Riley Sonne of Bardstown; 1 sister: Alicia Sonne of Bardstown; his paternal grandfather: Dr. John J. Sonne, M.D. of Bardstown; his paternal grandmother: Angela R. Sonne of Bardstown; his maternal grandfather: Joseph H. Riley of Bardstown; his fiance: Felicia Durbin of Bardstown; his fiance's parents: Frank and Arlene Durbin of Bardstown; 1 niece: Adalin Kidwell of Bardstown; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He also leaves behind his beloved English Mastiffs: Moose, Belle, Honey and Duke.

Date and Time: Friday, February 13, 2009 at 11:00 am. Place: at the First Presbyterian Church. Officiating: Reverend John Sanderson. Burial: Bardstown Cemetery. Visitation will be held…Date and Time: Thursday, February 12, 2009 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Place: Mann and Greenwell Funeral Home.
