Janet Marie Phillips Jones, 68, of Graham passed away April 3, 2024. Janet was born in Alamance County to the late William Gordon Phillips, Sr. and Jacqueline McKinney Phillips on April 8, 1955.
Janet is a 1973 graduate of Hugh M. Cummings High School. She worked as a data entry clerk for many years at Camera Corner in Burlington.
She is survived by her husband of nearly 23 years, Walter Daniel Jones; brother, Gordon Phillips (Suzanne); sister, Ann Landis; daughters, Jill Loftis Glasscock (Travis) and Kimberly Loftis Murray (Sam) as well as one son Zachary Ashburn. Janet has 6 grandchildren, Sophie Glasscock, Jackie Glasscock, Joe Murray, Josh Murray, Eli Murray, and Ezebelle Murray. She also leaves behind her beloved dog, Ozzy.
She is preceded in death by, her parents Bill and Jackie Phillips as well as a step son Christopher Jones.
