Thomas Harris delivered letters to Sir William Berkeley, governor of colonial Virginia, in 1661, for which he received three days pay, as ordered by the court in Charles City County, Virginia.
On 25 July 1664, aged 28 years, he gave deposition in court in Charles City County, Virginia.

Father of three children.
He died before June 1677, but the administration of his estate was ultimately granted to his sons-in-law, John Echols and John Hardaway, on 13 September 1677.
