Services for Terry Gene Williams, 26, of Enka Lake, Candler, N.C., who died Tuesday, May 24, 1977, will be held at 2 p.m. Friday in the chapel of Groce Funeral Home. Dr. Robert E. Harris and Levon Warren, Chaplain of Asheville Fraternal Order of Police will officiate. Burial will be in Pisgah View Memorial Park.
A native of Mecklenburg County, N.C. and a resident of Buncombe County, N.C. most of his life, he was a 1968 graduate of Enka High School. He was employed by the Asheville Police Department and was a member of the Fraternal Order of Police.
Surviving was a daughter, Miss Jennifer Williams of Ashville, N.C.; a son, Bryan Williams of Asheville, N.C.; the parents, Roy E. and Helen Mueller Williams of Candler, N.C., and a brother, Carl Williams of Asheville, N.C.
