Dennis was born July 9, 1946, in Iraan, Tx. to Zelma (Eversole) and W.C. McDaniel.
He attended elementary schools in Wall, Christoval and San Angelo and graduated from San Angelo Central High School in 1964.
He went on to receive a BBA from The University of Texas at Austin.
He began his professional career as a regional director for the Heart Association but soon returned to the oil fields of his youth.
A third-generation pumper, he owned and operated McDaniel Pumping Service, taking care of oil wells in Tom Green and Irion counties for 35 years.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Zelma Eversole McDaniel. [52723]

Vivian Blaine Shields, 71, died Monday, June 4, 2018. A memorial gathering will be held from 12-2 p.m., Saturday, June 16, 2018 at Assumption of the Virgin Mary Greek Orthodox Church in the Parish Hall, 801 Monticeto Dr., San Angelo, TX. Arrangements are by West Texas Cremation.
She is survived by her husband, William Shields; sons, Mark I. McDaniel and wife Kristen, Mathew McDaniel and wife Amy and Christopher M. McDaniel; siblings, Jeff Wooten, Vickie Wooten and Ronnie Ault; grandchildren, Declan, Ellery, Will and Alexa.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to be made to a charity of your choice. [52726]
