Asheville – Wayne William Fisher, 68, passed away Thursday, March 13, 2014 at Mission Hospitals.
A lifelong resident of Buncombe County, Mr. Fisher was the son of the late Claude and Elsie Cannon Fisher. He was also preceded in death by three sisters and five brothers.
Surviving are his children: Barbara, Lisa, David, Joanie, Pamela, and Jamie; sisters: Frances Ramsey and Alma Jean Goodpasture; brother, Kenneth Fisher; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews; and was "heart-related" to the Johnson family of Candler.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday at Ashelawn Gardens of Memory, with the Rev. Arthur Riddle officiating. 404, Wayne William Fisher
