MEBANE - Caleb Grant Harris began his eternal journey on June 21, 2017 at age 31.
Caleb's family and friends were always amused by his dry wit and adventurous spirit, and most thankful for his firm foundation in Jesus Christ.
Caleb was full of life and dreams. Not only was he a sports enthusiast both from the field and the couch, but he was a man eager to travel and see the world. Caleb graduated from Alamance Christian school as co-valedictorian where he loved to play soccer.
Upon graduation, he attended NC State where he received a mechanical engineering degree. Most recently, he had been enjoying his move to Austin TX and being part of a great team at Tom Green Engineers.
Caleb leaves behind his parents Bob and Terry Harris, brother Lucas, sister-in-law Lydia, brother Abel, grandparents Bobby and Faye Oakley and Lou Blair.
He also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephew, as well as many friends both personal and professional.
We will honor his life on Sunday, July 2, 2017 at 2 p.m. at the Summit Church of Alamance County which meets in the gymnasium of Hawfields Middle school on 1951 NC-119 Mebane, NC 27302.
The family will receive friends after the service at 203 Colonial Way, Mebane NC 27302.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alamance Christian school at 1336 Townbranch Road, Graham NC 27253. 3, Caleb Grant Harris
