Vicky Lee Justice Elliott, age 52, of Newton, NC, passed away on Friday, April, 12, 2019.
She was born on October 17, 1966 in Marion, NC, the daughter of Ronnie Ruff and Barbara Randolph.
Vicky was a loving and compassionate person who loved to be silly. She wouldn't hesitate to start dancing or singing in her car when a good song came on. She also had a beautiful smile that could light up your soul. Vicky loved to cook for her family. She felt it was one of the best expressions of love. She liked watching movies, especially scary ones. She enjoyed sitting with her friends and family laughing and telling stories. Conversations with her mother and father were especially joyful. Vicky was a very passionate woman. She was at her most passionate when coming to the aid of her sisters and family. No matter what was going on in her life she would gladly put her family's problems at the forefront. Most of all she loved and adored her children. When she talked about her children, you would see her face light up. She wanted the world for her children, at the very least they be happy and healthy.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Gary Elliott; brother, Ricky Ruff; and her grandmother, Vertie Howell.
Vicky is survived by her loving children, Brandon Justice and Porsha Justice; Brandon's wife Judith and their daughter Marvel and Porsha's husband John Whisenhunt; mother, Barbara Randolph; father, Ronnie Ruff; siblings, Kathy Hollifield, Gina Howell, and Autumn Helms; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
A receiving of friends will take place at Westmoreland Funeral Home, Marion, NC on Wednesday, April, 24, 2019 from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m.
