A native of Guilford County, she was secretary of Barker Appliance Services in Whitsett.
She was a member of the Cactus Squares of Burlington, the Golden Dippers and Square'em Up of Durham. She was membership chairman of the N.C. Federation of Folk, Round and Square Dancing, and was a member of the Carolina Square Dance Club of Burlington.
Surviving are husband, Cleo Barker; daughters, Trinna B. Meek of Clover, S.C., Dana Lane Barker of the home; parents, Connie P. and Edna Earl Greeson of Whitsett; brother, John Morris Greeson of Greensboro. 470, Barbara Annie Greeson Barker
