Obituary Online notes for Freda Mae MATHES
Freda M. Ploutz, 68, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. She was born Sept. 23, 1933, in Stroud, Okla. A resident for 17 years, she was a retired court clerk.
She is survived by her husband, Wenslow; two sons, Stanley Wade Ploutz of Ellinwood, Kan., and Steven Lee Ploutz of Las Vegas; two daughters, Cynthia Gail Wilder and Michele Ann Renfroe, both of Las Vegas; four sisters, Carol Cramsey of Phoenix, Marilee Monroe of Geneseo, Kan., Shirley Koehn, of McPherson, Kan., and Karen Stead of Slidell, La.; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was scheduled at 2 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St.
