She retired from the United States Government following 30 years of loyal and diligent service. Her strong faith and high standards were prevalent in all aspects of life.
Survivors include one remaining sister; nieces and nephews; and great-nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, December 9 at Covenant Funeral Service. A graveside service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, December 20 at Quantico National Cemetery. 470, Elaine Serafin Paylor
