Charles Maurice Crawley, 87, of 2955 Cabin Road, Alamance died at Edgewood Place on Thursday, April 28, 2011 at 3:56 p.m.
A native of Rutherfordton, NC, he was the husband of the late Virginia Lee Crawley and the son of Richard Crawley and Mamie Foster Crawley, both deceased. He was a veteran serving as a Merchant Marine during World War II. Charles was the owner of Village Printing & Advertising Specialties and a member of Elon United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his daughter, Mary Ann Kimbro and husband Mark of Alamance; one grandson, Mark Kimbro, II of Alamance; one sister, Bettie Pendergraph of Haw River; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by three brothers, Richard Crawley, Lowell Crawley and Gerald Dean Crawley and one sister, Anna Catherine Crawley. 470, Charles Maurice Crawley
