Obituary Online notes for “Becky” Rebecca Ann BRADLEY
Mrs. Rebecca Ann “Becky” Bradley Johnson, 76, a longtime resident of Greensboro went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Monday, April 30, 2012 at 7:48 PM. With family by her side, she died at Sunnybrook in Raleigh, NC following nine years of declining health.
A native of Burlington, she was the daughter of Bill Reuben Bradley and Mary Sue Pike Bradley, both deceased. A member of the 1954 Class of Walter M. Williams High School, Becky completed her education at Elon College in 1955.
Becky determined early in life that her passion was to be a homemaker, wife and mother and so she dedicated her life to loving and serving her family. After raising her children, she was an inspiration to many as she continued her education and began a banking career at Bank of America until she retired.
Becky was involved in several church congregations in Greensboro, with Providence Baptist Church of Raleigh, NC being her most recent church family. While pursuing her relationship with Christ and her desire to worship Him, she found great joy in her love of music, cooking, reading her Bible, praying, delighting in her grandchildren and serving others.
