Faye Lanier Butler Lavelle, 75, of Homosassa, Fla., died March 14, 2014.
Formerly of Goldsboro, she and husband, Larry Butler, were active in the Young Republicans Club. She was an avid golfer, traveler, and bridge player.
She is survived by two daughters and five grandsons.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Scholarship Fund, Odd Fellows Home Alumni Assn, c/o Buck Abrams, 158 Quail Drive, Dudley, NC 28333.
