Clarence Smith, 101, of Huntington, IN, passed away at 10:30 AM on Monday, February 18, 2013 at Heritage of Huntington.
He was born on Sunday, September 17, 1911, in Huntington County, IN. He married Mary Eloise Bricker on Tuesday, March 01, 1932 in Andrews, IN.
Clarence graduated from the Jefferson Township High School Class of 1930. He was a farmer and also worked at Bentz Construction as a carpenter. He retired from Memcor in Huntington. Clarence enjoyed fishing, woodworking, mechanics and traveling. Clarence was a Bible Scholar and much loved Sunday School teacher.

Family and friends may gather to share and remember Clarence on Friday, February 22, 2013 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, February 23, 2013, and from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Glancy - H. Brown & Son Funeral Home 203 N. Matilda St. Warren, IN.
A service to celebrate Clarence's life will be at Glancy - H. Brown & Son Funeral Home at 1:00 PM on Saturday, February 23, 2013 with the Pastor August Hacker officiating.
Interment will follow in the Gardens of Memory.
