Charles William “Bill” Ingold of Graham passed away Friday, November 28, 2025 at his residence.
Bill was born in Guilford County to Charlie A. Ingold and Pearl B. Ingold both deceased.
Bill was a part of Swepsonville Service Station for 30 years, after that he went to work for NCDOT in Alamance County and retired with 25 years of service. Bill was a retired volunteer fireman with Swepsonville Fire Department.
Bill is survived by his wife of 64 years with the last several years being his ultimate caregiver, Frances Lineberry Ingold.
Daughter, LaVerne I. Deal and her husband Tony, grandson which was his pride and joy Lee Deal (Ashton Isley). Sister, Mary Frances Ingold (Frank Massey). Special sister in law, Shirley Lineberry Stadler. Special niece Nancy S. Albright.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Melody, Lori and Wendy with AuthoraCare of Burlington for their care.
A memorial service will be held at Deep Creek Baptist Church on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 at 2:00pm 262, Charles William "Bill" Ingold
