SCHAEFER, Mary E. Singleton (Singer) Age 98 of Dayton, Ohio passed away Thursday, March 17, 2005.
Preceded in death by first husband Earl P. Singleton, arid second husband Frank W. Schaefer, and brothers Charles and Robert Singer.
She is survived by daughter and son-in- law Ann and Jim Buck of Kettering, two grandsons Michael of Morristown, New Jersey and Jeffrey and wife Lynn of Cincinnati, three great grandchildren, Kyle Sloan, Victoria and Lauren Buck. Also surviving step daughter and son-in-law Barbara and Bob Winslow, step son and daughter-in-law Dick and Kathy Schaefer, step grandchildren Martha Bastian (Jeffery) and children Jay, Elizabeth, and Emily; Bob Winslow II (Kathy) and children Bob III, Jessica, Sara, Maria, and Sophia; Suzanne Millard (Steve) and children Ryan, Caroline, and Kristen; Ann Orlet (Kurt); David Schaefer (Caroline) and children Nicholas, and Ethan; Doug Schaefer (Dawn) and children Perry, Joshua, arid Griffin; Kathy Schaefer and nieces Dee Shellabarger and Jean Vogann and nephews Jim Singer and John Singer.
She was a former teacher in Preble and Montgomery Counties, a member of Grace United Methodist Church, United Methodist Woman's Circle, P.E.O. Sisterhood, Chapter C V, former member of The Dayton Woman's Club and College Woman's Club.
Memorial Services will be held at Grace Methodist Church, Harvard and Salem Avenues, Tuesday, March 22, 2005 at 2:30. The Reverend Katharine Schaefer officiating. The family will receive visitors one hour prior to the service in the parlor.
