Daughter Janice Shields proceeded him in death.
Frank was a member of the Roeland Park First United Methodist Church, Roeland Park KS.
Visitation will be from 1:00pm to 2:00pm July 28, 2014 at the Ben Cast & Son-Wood Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday, July 28, 2014, at Ben Cast & Son – Wood Funeral Home, Holden, MO.
Interment will follow in Holden Cemetery, Holden, MO. 470, Frank Vernon Horner II
