EARL E. BRANDLY, age 80, of Yost Road, Eaton, Ohio died Monday morning, January 17, 2000 at Heartland of Eaton after a brief illness.
Born on November 26, 1919 in Butler County, Ohio he was the son of Henry W. & Elsie D. (Burkhardt) Brandly.
He was a 1938 Dixon High School graduate; Retired from Parker-Hannifin of Eaton in 1982 and retired Farmer.
Member of Eaton Church of the Brethren.
Preceded in death by Son: R. Kent Brandly in 1988; Brother: Raymond Brandly in 1997.
Survivors: Wife of 57 years: Maxine (Brubaker) Brandly; Son: Dale Brandly of Tipp City, Ohio; Daughter: Delores Marker of West Alexandria, Ohio; Sister: Marie B. Flora of Eaton, Ohio; 4 Grandchildren: Sharon Manning, Karen Shore, Wesley Marker and Kellee Marker; 2 Great Grandchildren: Lacey Crabtree and Simon Shore.
Funeral Service will be held 10:30 A.M. Thursday, January 20, 2000 at Eaton Church of The Brethren - 1407 North Barron Street - Eaton, Ohio with Rev. Martin Peacock and Rev. Greg Hyre officiating.
Interment will be in Fairview Cemetery, Gratis, Ohio. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 19, 2000 from 4 to 7 P.M. at Barnes Funeral Home, 220 East Main Street, Eaton, Ohio.

She was born on October 16, 1922 in Lanier Township Preble County Ohio the daughter of the late Silvanus & Lillian (Ozias) Brubaker.
She was a 1940 Lanier High School graduate and was a lifetime Christian and member of (Eaton Church of the Brethren) Eaton Community Church; very caring, giving, gracious, supportive of family and Others;
A devoted wife, mother, grandmother & great-grandmother; Avid Cincinnati Reds Fan; never missed a chance to participate in family dinners and get together and always greeted others with a smile.
Preceded in death by her husband of 57 years: Earl Brandly in 2000; son: R. Kent Brandly in 1988; sister: Helen (Milo) Miller in 1994 and brother: Edwin S. Brubaker in 2019.
Survived by Daughter & son-in-law: Delores & Gene Marker of West Alexandria, OH; son: Dale Brandly of Bellbrook, OH; grandchildren: Karen Brandly of Ft. Mill, SC; Sharon Manning of Dayton, OH; Wesley (Erica) Marker of East Jordan, MI and Kellee Marker of Columbus, OH; great grandchildren: Skyler Marker, Lillian Marker, Lacey Crabtree and Simon Shore; great great grandchildren: Peyton (Chambers); Bailey (Adduci); Many nephews and nieces.
