Hugh F. Stiver, age 92, of Eaton, OH, passed away Thursday, July 15, 2010 at Reid Hospital, Richmond, IN.
He was born October 29, 1917 in Lewisburg, OH to the late Owen and Hattie (Pence) Stiver.
Hugh was a graduate of Monroe High School, West Manchester, OH and a 1941 graduate of the Ohio State University; he was a member of the Grace Lutheran Church; and was a member of the Eaton Kiwanis Club.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Georgiana J. Stiver who passed away May 18, 2002.
He is survived by his sister Mary Hypes of Lewisburg, OH and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Monday, July 19, 2010 at the Grace Lutheran Church, 111 Lutheran Drive, Eaton, OH 45320 with Rev. Warren Reichert officiating.
Burial will be in Mound Hill Cemetery, Eaton, OH. Friends will be received from 10:00 A.M. until the time of services at 11:00 A.M. on Monday at the church.
