Active member for 41 years at St. James the Less Catholic Church.

Retired after 39 years with Denison Hydraulics.

Member International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers.

Preceded in death by his sister Margaret Anne Neal.

Survived by wife, Roseann Powell Neal; children, Philip A. (Jeri) Neal Jr. of Naplesville, Ill., Jean E. (Daniel) Cores of Pickerington, Barbara E. Neal of Alexandria, Va., Thomas C. (Mary Beth) Neal of Marietta, Ga., Robert D. (Julie) Neal of Chillicothe, Oh.; grandchildren, Shannon, Stephanie and Philip A. Neal III, Robin, Christopher and Ryan Cores and Michael Neal; brother, Joseph Edward (Marie) Neal; brother-in-law, William O. (Dorothy) Powell; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, many cousins and friends.

Friends may call Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the EGAN-RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 403 E. Broad St.
