Anita Louise Green of Elkin died Sunday, Dec. 8, 2013 at Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson.
She was born Sept. 20, 1951 in Trenton, N.J., to Roxie Rolen and Robert Rolen.
She is survived by her husband, James Green; mother, Roxie Rolen of Bluefield, Va.; daughter, Yvette Call of Sparta; sons, Bill Davidson of Peachland, and Robert Davidson of Trinity; six grandchildren; one great-grandson; and three sisters, Patty Grubb of High Point, Deloris McClanahan of Thomasville; and Linda Rolen of Bluefield, Va.
A celebration of life gathering was held this afternoon at Johnson Funeral Home in Elkin, led by the Rev. Stuart Roten and the Rev. Shonnie Thompson.
Burial followed the service at Crestwood Memorial Gardens in State Road.
