Rosanne Clapp Obituary
Rosanne Walters Clapp, 56, passed away Saturday, January 1, 2011, at Rex Hospital in Raleigh, NC.
Visitation will be held at the Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, 831 Wake Forest Rd.. in the Mordecai neighborhood of Raleigh, from 6 to 8 PM, Tuesday, January 4.
Funeral services will be held at 11 AM, Wednesday, January 5, at Western Boulevard Presbyterian, 4900 Kaplan Dr., Raleigh, NC, and the burial will follow at the Oakwood Cemetery, Raleigh, NC.
Rosanne was an active member of her church and volunteered at her son’s school. Rosanne was an artist who loved to paint and spend time with her family. She loved to remember and acknowledge her family, friends, neighbors, and church members on their special occasions.
Rosanne received a BA in Sociology/Criminal Justice from NCSU and a BA in Business Administration/Accounting from NC Wesleyan College. She worked as an accounting professional.
Rosanne is survived by her loving husband, John Owen Clapp, and son, John Owen Clapp, Jr.; her four brothers, two sisters, five nephews, and two nieces. Rosanne is predeceased by her father, Donald F. Walters, and mother, Jean W. Walters.
Flowers are appreciated, or you may make a donation to the American Lung Association or the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
