 GRAHAM — Earl Dean Stewart, 77, died Thursday, May 21, 2015, at the Hospice Home in Burlington.
 
 He was a native of Guilford County, a retired contractor, a member of Mt. Hermon United Methodist Church and a U.S. Air Force veteran.
 
 He was preceded in death by his parents, Cletus James and Vivian Greeson Stewart; son, Jeffrey Lee Stewart; brothers, Larry Stewart and C.A. Stewart.
 
 He is survived by his wife, Deanna Stewart, of the home; son, Dino Stewart and wife Sandy of Snow Camp; daughter, Kim Stewart Gaither and husband Mike of Graham; daughter-in-law, Teresa Stewart of Snow Camp; eight grandchildren; three stepgrandchildren; nine great- grandchildren; and four great-stepgrandchildren;
 
brother, Doug Stewart; and sister, Julia Carr.
 
 Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, May 24, 2015, at Mt. Hermon United Methodist
 
Church by the Rev. Tom Miller. Burial with military honors will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church from 1 until 2 p.m. prior to the service and at other times at the residence.
 
 Memorials may be made to Hospice and Palliative care of Alamance-Caswell, 914 Chapel Hill Road, Burlington, NC 27215.
