Deborah Diane Clapp Marsh, 72, of Randleman, passed away Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at Randolph Health in Asheboro.
Graveside service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, April 27, 2024, at Randolph Memorial Park, Asheboro, with Wayne Roark officiating.
Born in Greensboro, NC on December 7, 1951, Deborah was the daughter of the late Buddy and Annie Stephenson Clapp. She was a 1970 graduate of Southeast Guilford High School and retired from McConnell Crossing.
In addition to her parents, Deborah was preceded in death by her husband, Cary Marsh; and brothers, Ricky Clapp and Raymond Clapp.
Surviving are her son, Walter Vance "Bill" Simpson, Jr. of Randleman; sisters, Leatrice Brothers of Franklinville, Gail Wyrick of Greensboro, Emily Overman of Randleman; Beth Hill of Franklinville; brothers, Dexter Clapp of Elon, Tim Clapp of Julian, Allan Clapp of Gibsonville, Phillip Clapp of Snow Camp, Joshua Clapp of Julian; grandchild, Olivia Simpson; special niece and nephews, Cody Hill Michael Hill and Makayla Hill; and father-in-law, John Marsh of Randleman.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Saturday, at Ridge Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Asheboro.
