OBITUARIES Raymond  M. Clapp 
    BURLINGTON — Mr. Raymond  M. Clapp , 33, of 7201 Shoe Road, Burlington, died at UNC Hospitals at Chapel Hill on Monday, June 20, 2005 at 2:16 a.m.
    A native of Guilford County, he was the husband of Amy Melissa Clapp , who survives, and son of Buddy Dexter Clapp , deceased and Lorraine Annie Stephenson Clapp , who survives. He attended Brick Reform United Church of Christ and was a member of the Wagon Train Association.
    In addition to the wife of the home, survivors include one son, Raymond  M. Clapp  Jr. of the home; five sisters, Leatrice C. Brothers of Franklinville, Debbie C. March of Randleman, Gail C. Wyrick of Greensboro, Emily C. Overman of Snow Camp and Beth C. Hill of Randleman; six brothers, Dexter Clapp  of Elon, Timothy Clapp  of Julian, Richard "Ricky" Clapp  of Whitsett, Allan Clapp  of Gibsonville, Phillip "Pee Wee" Clapp  of Snow Camp, and Joshua "Josh" Clapp  of Whitsett; and many nieces and nephews.
    The funeral service will be conducted at Brick Reform United Church of Christ on Wednesday, June 22, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. by the Rev. Robert Boyd. Burial will follow the service in the church cemetery.
    The family will receive friends at the Rich & Thompson Mortuary in Burlington from 6 to 8 p.m. today, and at other times they will be at residence.
    Memorials may be made to N.C. Jaycee Burn Center, UNC Hospitals, 101 Manning Drive, Chapel Hill, N.C. 27514.
