Zebulon - Clara Bell Stout Temple, 96, formerly of Zebulon and Raleigh, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 18, 2014 at a care facility in Arizona. Clara was born on August 18, 1917 in Burlington NC to Belle Brewer Stout and Amos Stout.
She was retired from Exide Technology and was a member of St. James UMC in Raleigh.
Clara was preceded in death by her husband Allison Temple of Zebulon; half-brothers: Elvin, Ernest, and Lester Stout all of Burlington; sister Ola Glosson of Burlington; and brother Luther Stout of Burlington.
Clara's remaining family includes her sister Leona Crawford of Burlington; daughter Judie Temple Young (Carl) of Anthem AZ; sons Kenneth Temple of Myrtle Beach SC, Eric Temple of Raleigh NC, and Tracy (Evelyn) Temple of Raleigh; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
