BURLINGTON — Daniel Thomas Michael, age 95, of 1719 Oklahoma Ave., passed away at Moses Cone Hospital in Greensboro on Friday, July 17, 2009.
A native of Alamance County, he was the husband of the late Hazel Dunnagan Michael and son of the late Daniel David and Blanche Sutton Michael. He was retired from Western Electric and attended Piedmont Baptist Church and Emmanuel Baptist Church.
He is survived by his son, Jerry Reeves Michael, of the home. He was preceded in death by his wife, parents, five sisters and three brothers.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, July 20, 2009, at Pine Hill Cemetery by the Rev. Delton Agnor.
