GREENSBORO - Mrs. Joy Bell Loye, 97, died January 13, 2007 at Blumenthal Jewish Nursing and Rehab Center Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday at Lambeth-Troxler Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in Lakeview Memorial Park. Mrs. Loye was born April 13, 1909 in Alamance County to the late David Monroe Huffman and Sally Evans Huffman. She was a member of Sixteenth Street Baptist Church. Joy was a very honest person. Other than her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Chester William Loye, two sisters and one brother. She is survived by one sister-in-law Margaret Huffman, two nephews and two nieces, and a special nephew S.L. Puckett and wife Norma.
