Services Are Monday For Nona J. McDonald

Nona J. McDonald died on Friday, November 9th, 1979, at the Blair Memorial Community Hospital. Services for 57 year old Mrs. McDonald were held on Monday, November 12, 1979.

The services were held at the First Methodist Church in Blair with Rev. Gordon Patterson officiating. Burial was in the Blair Cemetery under the direction of the Campbell Funeral Home.

Nona McDonald was born on November 11, 1921 at Niangua, Missouri. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Long of Blair. She was married to Paul McDonald and they made their home at 1344 Butler Street, Blair. She had been a Teller at the Washington County Bank for many years.

Surviving, besides her husband Paul, are James and Larry McDonald both of Blair.

Surviving brothers and sisters are: J. B. Long, Blair; James Long, Blair; Noel Long, California; Robert Long, California; Mrs. Anna Lee Divorshak, California; Mrs. Betty Frostig, California; and Mrs. Susie Lupper, Harlan, Iowa.

Pallbearers were: Jim Lilly, Stu Maurer, Walter Plugge, Clarence Schriner, Rufus Buffaloe, and R. D. Zimmerman, Jr.
