 ELON - Wanda Wall Waller, 91, passed away Thursday, December 29, 2016 at Alamance Regional Medical Center surrounded by her family.
 
 She was born on February 9, 1925 in Alamance County to the late John Willie Wall, Sr., and Ava Shoe Wall and was married to the late Logan Cecil Waller who died in 1999.
 
 Wanda was a former employee with Hardee’s in Elon and was a member of Glen Raven Baptist Church.
 
 Survivors include her daughters, Ava Jean Thompson and Deborah Hurdle; son, Larry Cecil Waller, Sr.; eight grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, two stepgrandchildren, five stepgreat-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
 
 She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, a daughter, Sheila Wagoner; grandchildren, Karen and Mark Wagoner; sister, Frances Blackwood; brothers, John Willie Wall, Jr. and Howard Franklin Wall.
 
 The graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Monday, January 2, 2017 at Alamance Memorial Park by Rev. Olin Tatum and Rev. Bobby Fann.
 
 There will be no visitation.
 
 Memorials may be made to Glen Raven Baptist Church Television Ministry, 335 Glen Raven Rd, Burlington, NC 27217.
