GIBSONVILLE – Nathan Ross Westbrook, 58, passed away peacefully on April 18, 2017 at Wesley Long Community Hospital following a lengthy battle with cancer. A native of Alamance County, he was born December 31, 1958 to Odell Westbrook who survives and the late Carolyn Westbrook.
He leaves behind his loving partner of 30 years, Cathy Dollins, father, Aunt Mouse, numerous cousins and other family. He is preceded in death by his mother.
A funeral service to celebrate his life will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, April 21, 2017 at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Mark Robertson and Mack Ray with the burial to follow at Alamance Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 11:30 am.-12:45 p.m. prior to the service at the the funeral home and other times at the home of his cousins, Don and Mary Grubbs, 4121 High Rock Rd. in Gibsonville. His father will also receive friends at Ashton Place in McLeansville.
