BURLINGTON — Pam Small Boggs , age 64, of 671 Boone Road went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 12, 2007, from her residence while surrounded by her family. She was a native of Alamance County and the wife of Joel Larry Boggs who survives.
Pam was a graduate of Pleasant Grove School, was employed with Kayser-Roth and was a member of Lakeview Community Church. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and greatgrandmother.
Survivors include her husband, Joel Larry Boggs of the home; son, Joel Lynn Boggs of Burlington; grandchildren, Crystal Solomon and her husband James of Burlington, Nikki Boggs and Trey Boggs , both of Burlington; greatgrandchildren, Chandler and Gracyn Solomon and James Solomon Jr., all of Burlington; her sister, Becky Garner and her husband, Charles of Graham; nieces, Leslie Hertzenberg, Sheila Hudson and Debbie Hudson, special great- niece, Corrie Bivens, special friends, Audrey, Kay, and Carolyn, along with many loving family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, James Otha Small and Mary Elizabeth Anderson Small.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 14, 2007, at 11 a.m. at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Walter Jones. Burial will follow at Alamance Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. on Friday, July 13, 2007, at Lowe Funeral Home and Crematory and other times at the home.
Memorials may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care Center of Alamance-Caswell, 914 Chapel Hill Road, Burlington, N.C. 27215.
