Linda  Kittinger Clark 


    BURLINGTON — Linda  Kittinger Clark , 58, of 3264 Huffines Road, died Sunday, August 19, 2007, at Duke University Medical Center in Durham.
    A native of Alamance County, she was the wife of Ernest A. "Dean" Clark , who survives, and the daughter of the late Willie and Eula Mae Jones Huffines. She was a homemaker and gardener, and of the Baptist faith.
    Survivors other than her husband of the home include daughters, Amanda Kittinger Pfeffer of Burlington and Rita Michelle Lemay of Monroe, Washington; grandchildren, Charlinda Michelle Lemay, Paul Michael Lemay, Samantha Blythe Burgess, Dylan Cole Burgess, Alisha Victoria Burgess and Eric James Houck; and sisters, Kathy H. Lee of Liberty, N.C., Peggy H. Erlandson (Johnny) of Ocala, Fla., Joanne H. Rudd (Jerry) of Burlington, Alice H. Deese (Gary) of Swepsonville, N.C., Willie Mae H. Oldham (Neal) of Graham, N.C., Robin H. Brantley (James) of Mebane, N.C., and Tammy H. Coble (Ricky) of Burlington.
    She was preceded in death by daughters, Tina Kittinger, Leslie Kittinger and Dawn Kittinger; and a grandson, C.J. Lemay.
    The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, August 23, 2007, at Wicker Street Baptist Church by the Rev. Tommy Love, pastor. Burial will be in Alamance Memorial Park.
    The family will receive friends at McClure Funeral Home in Graham from 6 until 8 p.m. Wednesday, and at other times they will be at the residence.
    Memorials may be made to the Oncology and Hematology Department at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, N.C.
