BURLINGTON - Sheila Ward Bissette, 57, of Burlington passed away at Alamance Regional Medical Center on Tuesday, January 5, 2021.
A native of Alamance County, she was the loving and devoted wife of Michael Wayne Bissette and the daughter of Ronald King Ward and Doris Huffines Ward, all who survive. She was secretary to the Vice President of Alamance Community College.
In addition to her husband and parents, survivors include a brother, Michael Lee Ward and wife Sara of Burlington; step grandchildren, Michael Trey Bissette and Brandon Sage Bissette; and step great grandchild, Justin Luke Bissette. She was preceded in death by a step son, Michael Brandon Bissette.
A graveside service will be conducted at Magnolia Cemetery on Sunday, January 10, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. by Rev. Ricky Lewis.
