Howard  "Toby" Leon Andrews  Jr.


    BURLINGTON — Howard  "Toby" Leon Andrews  Jr., age 34, of 1818 Fairview Street, died on Sunday, October 22, 2006. He was a native of Alamance County, and the husband of Kari Melissa Baughn Andrews , who survives.
    Toby was employed for over 12 years with Carolina Biological. He was a member of the Northern Alamance Athletic Club and he coached football, basketball and baseball throughout the county. Toby was devoted to his family and especially his two sons.
    Survivors include his wife, Kari Melissa Baughn Andrews  of the home; sons, Trey Austin Andrews  and Michael Drake Andrews , both of the home; father, Howard Leon Andrews  Sr. of Burlington; and mother, Marilyn Bradshaw of Swepsonville; sister, June Andrews  of Graham; and a nephew, Lucas Andrews .
    The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 25, 2006 at 2 p.m. at the Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. Dr. James Baughn, and the burial will follow at Alamance Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 this evening at the funeral home, and other times at the home.
