FOUR OAKS — Garland Pinkney Adams, 82, of 2173 Hannah Creek Road, died Jan. 28, 2009.
Survivors include two sons, G. Wayne and LaJuana Adams of Burlington and Stephen C. and Jan Adams of Four Oaks; three granddaughters and six great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jeffrey and Violia Adams.
A graveside service was conducted Saturday, Jan. 31 at 2 p.m. at Pine Hill Cemetery by the Rev. Joubert.
