OCALA, Fla. — John Frank Conklin, 85, passed away Friday, April 2, 2010, in Florida.
Mr. Conklin was born in 1925 in Gibsonville, NC, to the late Andrew and Lillian Conklin.
He was married to Lois Conklin who preceded him in death last year.
Survivors include his two daughters, Patricia Jeschke of Summerfield, Fla., and Barbara Webb and her husband, Earl of Roger, Minnesota; a son, Frank Conklin and his wife Sherry of Flint, Michigan; four grandchildren; a brother, Bobby Conklin of Gibsonville, and a sister, Doris Ammons of Gibsonville.
John was preceded in death by his parents, wife, and three brothers, Holt Conklin, Bill Conklin, and Hubert Conklin; and a sister, Estelle Huffines.
A funeral service will be held 12:00 noon Tuesday, April 6, 2010, at the Beyers Funeral Home Chapel in Lady Lake, Fla.
