ELON – Joshua Lee Isley, 36, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 15, 2017.
He attended Westside Fellowship, worked for K&R Landscaping and was a longtime employee of Wilson Tire and Automotive. Joshua enjoyed horseback riding, coon hunting and “fishing at an undisclosed location for River Monsters”. He loved working, spending time with his friends and family and most of all, taking care of his animals.
He is survived by his twin sister, Kim Everett and husband Chad; brother, Bo Isley; aunt, Sylvia Ross Greeson and husband Kenneth; niece, Zeta Everett; nephew, Trent Everett and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Zetta Louise Ross Isley; maternal grandparents, Paul and Barbara Petty Ross.
A service to celebrate Joshua’s life will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, October 19, 2017 at Westside Fellowship by Pastor Mike Mitchener. The family will receive friends following the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Kopper Top Life Learning Center at 6657 Kimesville Rd., Liberty, NC 27298 or by donating online at www.koppertop.org.
