Alma W. DeBruler
Alma W. DeBruler, 88, of Burlington passed away at her residence on Sunday, October 9, 2022.
A native of Alamance County, she was the wife of over 67 years to Carl J. DeBruler, who survives and the daughter of John Woody and Mae Fuqua Woody, both deceased. She was a former employee with Lab Corp and a member of Lakeview Community Church, the North State Boat Club, and TOPS.
In addition to her husband of their home, survivors include three sons, Thomas “Eddie” DeBruler and wife Sheri, Joseph “Ray” DeBruler and wife Sonya, and Carl “Gene” DeBruler and fiancé Jamie, all of Burlington; seven grandchildren, Tommy, Jennifer, Kyle, Jessica, Grant, Kendall, and Brittany; and ten great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by four brothers, James Woody, R. F. “Robert” Woody, Clyde Woody, and Carl Woody and one sister, Doris Woody.
The family will receive friends at Rich & Thompson Funeral and Cremation Service in Burlington on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. At other times, they will be at the residence.
The funeral service will be conducted at McCray Primitive Baptist Church on Thursday, October 13, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. by Elder Ray King. Burial will follow at McCray Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.

Alma W. DeBruler, 88, of Burlington passed away at her residence on Sunday, October 9, 2022.
