Jerry Williamson & Steven Somers
It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Jerry Darrell Williamson and his grandson, Steven Bryant “Pee Wee” Somers on November 11, 2019.
Jerry is the son of the late Lendo and Adele Williamson.
He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Elaine Knighten Williamson; also his daughters, Dean (Keith) Tyndall and Amy (Teddy) Somers.
Jerry has six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Jerry retired from the NC Department of Transportation, but farming was his life.
Pee Wee is survived by his parents, Amy and Teddy Somers; one brother, Brandon Scott Somers, and his cousins, who loved him dearly.
A celebration of Jerry and Pee Wee’s life’s will be held Sunday, November 17, from 2:00 until 5:00 pm in the Fellowship Hall of Salem United Methodist Church.
