"I this day make my will to my airs G.W.shrum, John A.Shrum, J.F. Shrum, Elisebth Drury, Mary How, Nancy Martin, Malviney Shrum, Jane Green, Delley n Shrum Garrets.
I want my estate equal divided a mong my children.
I want $24.94 cts to come outof his part for i have paid that much for John A. Shrum. also C.D. Shrum i want this a mount of money $45.90 cts to come out of his part of the estate of which i have paid for him.
Jane Green has got her portion of land but is equal to the balance of the estate.
Malviney Shrum i want this a mount of money $16.00 t come out of the estate.

HIS MALE CHILDREN MOVED AWAY AND FOUGHT FOR THE NORTH.
ALSO HE MENTIONS ALL HIS CHILDREN EXCEPT (ELIZABETH).
THE ELIZABETH HE MENTIONS WAS A GRANDCHILD FROM THE MARY WHO MARRIED JAMES DRURY (A COUSIN OF FRANCIS )
