Ricky lee Morris, 62, of Burlington, passed away on Sunday, August 16, 2026 at the Hospice Home of Burlington. He was born on December 4, 1963 to Jimmy Gray Morris (deceased) and Bonnie Oakley Morris, who survives. He was a native of Alamance County and was employed for Shawmut where he worked in the warehouse.
Other than his mother; Ricky is survived by one brother, Wayne Morris; one sister, Rhonda Maxson and he is also survived by his fiance of 13 years, Shana Jackson.
Ricky was a good man and hard worker and he would do anything for anybody, and he also enjoyed hunting and fishing.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at Alamance Memorial Park, with the family receiving friends for a time of visitation from 1:30 - 2:30pm at Rich and Thompson Funeral Service in Burlington.
