OBITUARIES Mrs. Beulah McKinney  Rudd
    YANCEYVILLE — Mrs. Beulah McKinney  Rudd, 92, of 628 Rudd Ridge Road, died Tuesday, Aug. 19,. 2003, at the Hospice Home.
    A native of Caswell County, she was the wife of the late James Nathaniel Rudd and daughter of the late John Allen McKinney  and Minnie Rudd McKinney  Terrell Wray. She was a retired cafeteria employee at Bartlett Yancey High School and a member of Bush Arbor Primitive Baptist Church.
    She is survived by a son, Harold G. Rudd of Graham; five grandchildren, Cathy Oakley, Ricky Rudd, Donna Halas, Sherry Foust and Nancy Sullivan; 10 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren; four brothers, Virgil McKinney , Raleigh McKinney , Hassell McKinney  and Malloy McKinney , all of Burlington; two sisters, Pauline Murray of Burlington and Eva Smith of Yanceyville. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, son, Bobby James Rudd and brother, Luther McKinney .
    The funeral will be held at 4 p.m. Thursday at Bush Arbor Primitive Baptist Church by Elder Wallis Smith, pastor. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Mrs. Rudd will remain at Lowe Funeral Home and Crematory until taken to the church to lie in state 30 minutes before the service. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 to 8 this evening.
