Roy Lee Riley, 79, of Yanceyville, NC passed away at his home surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, May 4, 2024 following a courageous battle with cancer.
A native of Caswell County, he was the husband of Patricia “Patty” P. Riley, who survives and the son of Bernice Norman Riley and Katherine Elizabeth Rudd Riley, both deceased.
He was employed in the textile industry as a purchasing agent and attended Bush Arbor Primitive Baptist Church.
In addition to wife of their home survivors include a daughter, Lori Elizabeth Riley of Eden; grandson, Riley Whitley; brother, Herman Bernice Riley of Mebane; and his loyal companion and sidekick Hannah.
A graveside service will be conducted at Bush Arbor Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. by Dwight Chandler.
