Lee Everette, 67, of 6818 Silver Springs Road, Whitsett, went to be with his Lord on May 11, 2013.
He was the son of the late Clarence Alvin Everette and Fannie Wilson Everette. Lee served his country in the United States Navy. He was a member of Mt Hope U.C.C.
Lee was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Peggy Allison Everette; Children: Sherron Whitesell (Tony), Steve Everette (Barbi) and Kevin Everette (Rhonda); Grandchildren: Stephen, Shelly, Casey, Kelley, Jeremy, Sierra, Cari, Krista and Anthony; a great grandchild, Levi; Brothers and sisters of 45 years: Marion, Betty, Burnell, Leroy, Lawrence, Julis and Rodney.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Betty Eastwood.
The family will receive friends from 6-8pm on Tuesday at Williams Funeral & Cremation Services and other times at the home.
Funeral Services will be held at Mt. Hope U.C.C. on Wednesday, at 2pm, with the Rev. Lloyd Spencer officiating. 588
