Mary Belle Isley Moore
Mrs. Mary Belle Isley Moore, age 94, of Burlington, passed away on Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at the Alamance House.
A native of Alamance County, she was the daughter of the late Eusebieous Luther and Dora Boggs Isley and was married to the late Jack Edgar Moore, who passed in 2000. She was retired from J. Spencer Love Hosiery Center. Mary Belle was a long time member of Bethany Presbyterian Church.
She loved her church, gardening and growing flowers of all kinds.
Mrs. Moore is survived by several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband; parents; three sisters, Doris Long, Lucille Crabreee and Annie Dare Aiken; and two brothers, J. L. Isley and William Isley.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, October 15, 2020 at Mt. Hermon Methodist Church Cemetery by Rev. Rick Purcell and Sandi Isley. Due to Covid 19 environment, the family asks that those attending wear masks and practice social distancing.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bethany Presbyterian Church, 1500 South Main Street, Graham, NC 27253 and to the Mt. Hermon UMC Memorial Association, C/O Sara Phillips, 3908 Mt. Hermon-Rock Creek Road, Graham, NC 27253, or to AuthoraCare Collective Hospice, 914 Chapel Hill Road, Burlington, NC 27215.
