Mamie "Sue" Harris Obituary

Mamie “Sue” King Harris, 95, of Mebane passed away on December 6, 2024.

She was a native of Caswell County, retired from the hosiery industry and a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church in Mebane.

She is the daughter of the late William J. & Minnie L King.

She is the wife of the late Wilbert Blair Harris and was also preceded in death by her daughter, Donna Brannock.

She is survived by her grandchildren, Meredith Giannotti and husband Jim of Graham and Marshall Stokes of Burlington; great grandchildren, Carson Giannotti, Abigail Giannotti and William Stokes.

A service to celebrate her life will be held 2:00 PM Friday, December 13 at Tabernacle Baptist Church in Mebane by Pastor “Chip” Sellew.

Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church on Friday from 1:00 – 2:00 before the service.
