BURLINGTON — Mrs. Louise May Gilmore, 86, of Burlington, passed away at Alamance Regional Medical Center on Saturday, December 13, 2014.
A native of Alamance County, she was the wife of the late N. M. “Gillie” Gilmore and daughter of the late Lonnie P. May and Lena Hutcherson May. Louise was a member of Alamance Lutheran Church.
Mrs. Gilmore is survived by nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at 1:00 PM, Tuesday, at the Rich & Thompson Chapel in Burlington with The Rev. James D. Lockley officiating. Burial will follow in Alamance Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends at Rich & Thompson Funeral Service from 12-1 PM, prior to the service.
Memorials may be made to Alamance Lutheran Church, PO Box 250, Alamance, NC 27201.
The family would like to thank the staff of Hospice & Palliative Care of Alamance-Caswell.
