Mr. Ronald C. Isley, 82, of Burlington, NC, passed away Saturday, December 21, 2024 at his residence.
A native of Alamance County, Mr. Isley was the husband of Susan Jo Fry Isley, who survives, and son of the late John Talmadge Isley and Nina Rebecca Sharpe Isley. Mr. Isley was a retired buyer for American Tobacco and a member of Friendship Methodist Church.
Surviving, other than his wife of the home, are a daughter, Rebecca Isley of Greensboro; two sons, Michael McKendree (Elena) and Mark McKendree (Lara); grandchildren, Jacob McKendree, Madelyn McKendree, Cameron Woods, and Mikayla Duke (D.J.); great grandchildren, Grayson Duke and Andrew Duke. He was preceded in death by a son, Matthew McKendree.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM, Friday, December 27, 2024, at the Rich & Thompson Chapel in Burlington with Dr. Clyde Christmas, officiating. The family will receive friends from 11:45 – 12:45 prior to the service. The burial will be private.
